Service Line Lead (Payroll & General Admin)

As a seasoned HR professional with a passion for precision, compliance, and operational excellence, you will be responsible for leading the Service Line within the Human Resources Efficiency, Services, and Technology (EST) department at Knorr-Bremse. Reporting to the EST Head for India/APAC and based in Pune Hinjewadi at the Global Business Service Centre, you will have the opportunity to leverage your 12-15 years of experience in a dynamic, global environment. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring statutory adherence for aspects such as PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and Bonus, collaborating with Finance and HR for seamless disbursement and reconciliation, overseeing software-based time and attendance systems, managing talent acquisition processes from end-to-end, designing and implementing learning strategies, promoting a culture of continuous learning, managing general administration tasks, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, HR, or Finance, possess strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and global HR practices, demonstrate high integrity, and exhibit excellent communication skills.
