Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily service operations and ensure smooth workflow. Handle customer service issues and resolve them effectively. On time follow-up service request . Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and technical departments for service-related matters. Monitor service metrics and performance indicators to drive improvements. Ensure proper documentation of service records, customer interactions, and issue resolutions. Conduct regular service audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure to maintain the proper response and attending the service request from customer place Assist in spare parts management and ensure availability for timely service delivery. Prepare detailed service reports for management and suggest improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or relevant field). 3–7 years of experience in a service or customer support role, preferably in a supervisory capacity. Strong technical knowledge related to the industry. Excellent Hindi, English communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Passion in Travel Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/service management systems. Strong customer orientation and conflict resolution abilities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 25/05/2025
