This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and trust in our service. Key Responsibilities: Inspect each two-wheeler post-service to ensure all maintenance and repairs have been completed to the highest standards. Sign off on all serviced vehicles, confirming they are roadworthy and meet company quality criteria. Address and resolve any service complaints related to vehicles that have been signed off, taking full responsibility for the quality assurance process. Provide feedback to mechanics and service staff to improve the quality of maintenance and repairs. Maintain detailed records of inspections, including any issues found and corrective actions taken. Work closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement inspection protocols and quality control measures. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Assist in training mechanics on proper service procedures and quality standards. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually improve the inspection process. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely availability of serviced vehicles for rental. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Service Supervisor, Quality Inspector, or similar role in the automotive or two-wheeler industry. Strong technical knowledge of two-wheeler maintenance and repair. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
