Job Summary:

Service Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily service operations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
  • Allocate tasks to technicians and support staff based on workload and skill level.
  • Monitor job cards, service reports, and ensure proper documentation of all service activities.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
  • Ensure spare parts availability and coordinate with inventory/purchase teams as needed.
  • Maintain service records, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate service technicians and staff to improve efficiency and service quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [automotive/appliances/electronics/machinery/etc.] industry.
  • Familiarity with service management tools or ticketing systems.
  • Certification in service operations or customer service management is a plus.
