Job Summary:

Service Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily service operations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
Allocate tasks to technicians and support staff based on workload and skill level.
Monitor job cards, service reports, and ensure proper documentation of all service activities.
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
Ensure spare parts availability and coordinate with inventory/purchase teams as needed.
Maintain service records, reports, and performance metrics.
Train, guide, and evaluate service technicians and staff to improve efficiency and service quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [automotive/appliances/electronics/machinery/etc.] industry.
Familiarity with service management tools or ticketing systems.
Certification in service operations or customer service management is a plus.
