Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of service centers at Zebronics India Pvt Ltd. Your role will involve leading and managing service center teams to ensure optimal performance. Handling escalations and ensuring timely resolutions, coordinating with sales teams and partners for seamless service delivery, monitoring daily activities, and driving operational efficiency will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be required to implement company policies and ensure compliance across all centers.
