Service In-charge

Job Responsibilities – Service Incharge (Two Wheeler)

• Oversee and manage the overall operations of the Service Department to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and allocate daily work to technicians, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
• Monitor job cards, service schedules, and turnaround time for each vehicle to meet productivity and efficiency targets.
• Ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of customer complaints and technical issues.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department for the availability of spares and ensure minimum downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment in compliance with company standards.
• Supervise and guide service advisors and technicians to maintain high service quality and customer handling.
• Review daily service reports, track key performance indicators (e.g., service revenue, labor productivity, customer satisfaction), and take corrective measures when required.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Implement and monitor service marketing initiatives and upselling of value-added services.
• Ensure adherence to warranty claim procedures and proper documentation.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance of service staff, conducting regular briefings and training sessions.
• Coordinate with management on manpower planning, infrastructure requirements, and operational improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
