About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and issues.
  • Log, track, and manage tickets using the service help desk system.
  • Provide accurate information and updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Follow up on open tickets and ensure closure within defined timelines.
  • Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and standard procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through professional communication.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of IT/technology (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Customer-centric attitude and eagerness to learn.

Eligibility:

  • Fresher (0–1 year of experience).
  • Graduate in any stream (preferably IT/Computer Science background, but open to all).
