RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking IT - Trainee for the Information Technology team to join in Chennai.

As an IT Service Desk Trainee, you will play a crucial role as the front-end of the IT team, handling the first level of IT issues and providing basic troubleshooting assistance to end-users. Your primary responsibility will be to offer timely and effective support to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction. This role will serve as an excellent entry point for individuals seeking to kickstart their career in the IT industry.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Communication
