Head overall service operations for construction equipment (sales
support & after-sales service) Manage service engineers, technicians, and workshop staff Ensure timely breakdown resolution, preventive maintenance, and AMC execution Monitor service KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction Coordinate with OEMs for technical support, warranty claims, and training Plan manpower, tools, spares availability, and service schedules Handle customer escalations and maintain long-term relationships Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company processes Support business growth through service revenue, contracts, and upselling Desired Skills & Competencies Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment Leadership and team-handling skills Customer-centric approach Good planning, coordination, and reporting skills Ability to work under pressure and meet service targets
