Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support for installation, commissioning, and performance monitoring of refractory products.
  • Coordinate and oversee product trials at customer sites, ensuring smooth execution and accurate reporting of results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to refractory applications in thermal/process industries.
  • Conduct performance analysis and prepare technical reports for internal teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend suitable refractory solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits, technical consultations, and after-sales service.
  • Train customer staff on proper handling, installation, and maintenance of refractory products.
  • Maintain accurate service records, project documentation, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities for new products, services, or process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during on-site activities.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Ceramic, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a technical service, application engineering, or field service role (preferably in refractory or thermal/process industries).
  • Strong understanding of refractory products, installation techniques, and thermal industry operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
