Job Description

Key Responsibilities Install, calibrate, and service laboratory instruments and equipment at client sites. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and chemical equipment issues. Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks to ensure equipment reliability. Maintain service records and reports as per company standards. Provide technical support to clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the sales and operations team to manage service schedules. Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Required Qualifications ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Chemical Engineering. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in equipment servicing or technical support. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and circuit diagrams. Willingness to travel for field service as needed. Good communication and customer handling skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and report documentation.
