Job Description

Job Summary The Store Executive will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials, as well as maintaining stock records. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and experienced in inventory or warehouse management. Key Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming materials with purchase orders Store materials systematically and ensure proper labeling and stacking Issue materials as per requisition and maintain issue records Maintain up-to-date stock registers and physical inventory checks Coordinate with the purchase and operations team for stock requirements Monitor stock levels and notify management of low stock or discrepancies Ensure cleanliness and safety in the store area Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports Qualifications & Skills Minimum qualification: 12th pass 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory management Basic computer skills (MS Excel, stock entry software preferred) Familiarity with store documentation and material handling Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Physically fit and able to handle movement of stock (light to medium weight) Benefits Overtime allowance (if applicable) Supportive team environment Opportunity for skill development and long-term growth Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Fixed shift Morning shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
