Job Summary: The Store Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining all store operations, including inventory control, material handling, documentation, and coordination with procurement and production teams. The role ensures the smooth and efficient running of store activities in alignment with company policies and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials. Perform regular stock checks, reconciliations, and audits. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment. Material Handling & Issuance Receive, inspect, and verify goods against purchase orders/invoices. Issue materials to relevant departments as per approved requisitions. Ensure safe handling, movement, and storage of materials. Documentation & Reporting Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN (Material Requisition Note), and issue records. Update ERP or inventory management software regularly. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Coordination & Communication Liaise with procurement, production, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth workflow. Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately. Compliance & Safety Ensure store operations comply with company policies and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storage area. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years (for junior) or 3–5 years (for senior) in store or inventory management. Skills: Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and processes. Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP / SAP. Good organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
