Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Chennai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service support, performing maintenance & repair tasks, and delivering technical support to clients. The role requires effective communication to understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring the hardware and software systems function optimally.
