Job Description

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(Primary duties)

  • Perform

    on-site installation, commissioning, and validation

    of equipment/systems at customer locations.
  • Execute scheduled

    preventative maintenance

    and calibration to maximize equipment uptime and meet service contract requirements.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and

    repair technical issues

    (mechanical, electrical, or software) on complex machinery efficiently.
  • Provide clear and effective

    technical support and training

    to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of the equipment.
  • Document all service activities, including detailed reports on diagnosis, parts used, repair steps, and service hours.
  • Manage and maintain the inventory of service tools, spare parts, and test equipment.
  • Act as the

    primary technical interface

    between the customer and the company for post-sales support.
