Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Engineer based in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for remote work. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing on-site equipment maintenance and repair, providing technical support, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Additional responsibilities include regular field visits, ensuring preventive maintenance of systems, and effectively communicating solutions with clients and internal teams to meet service objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Troubleshooting and providing technical support for PSA Plants and Oxygen Booster
• Proficiency in Field Service operations, including equipment maintenance and repair
• PSA technologies, VPSA and other gases supply related to equipments to hospitals
• Understanding of Maintenance & Repair protocols and procedures
• Professional certification or training in a related technical field is an advantage
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently in both on-site and remote environments
• Knowledge of Medical Gas Systems or healthcare-related equipment is a plus
