Service Engineer

Job Summary:

The Service Engineer will be responsible for the troubleshooting, and repair of Mobiles & CRM Process. The candidate will provide high-quality technical support and customer service, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Management:

• Greet and welcome Customer with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls & resolve the customer Query.
• After address Query work note need to create in CRM and raise PO also.
• Jobsheet also Need to create in CRM if customer visited at SVC
• Diagnose and repair various mobile phone issues, including hardware and software problems
• Replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, and circuit boards.
• Perform software updates, backups, and system resets as needed.
• Provide accurate and timely estimates for repair costs.
• Keep up to date with the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes and answering customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and support
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
