Position: Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and test IoT devices.
Provide on-site service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Diagnose issues, replace faulty components, and ensure proper functioning.
Maintain service logs, documentation, and customer feedback.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Travel to client sites in Delhi NCR / Bangalore for support.
Requirements:
Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
0–2 years’ experience in field service/electronics maintenance (freshers may apply).
Basic knowledge of circuits, wiring, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
Immediate joiners preferred.
