Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically sound candidate to join our Overseas Support Team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh electronics graduates to gain international exposure and build a career in embedded systems and IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to overseas clients via email and phone calls
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
• Ensure professional and effective communication with clients
• Maintain structured documentation using MS Word and Excel
