Service Engineer

Job Title: Service Engineer - We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer specializing in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems to join our team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for ELV systems installed at client sites. This role requires a strong understanding of ELV systems components, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.Responsibilities:Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, PA systems, and fire alarm systems.Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime for clients.Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and ensure ELV systems are operating at optimal performance.Diagnose electrical and electronic faults and propose effective solutions.Collaborate with project teams to support system commissioning and testing activities.Provide technical guidance and support to clients, contractors, and internal teams.Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to ELV systems.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during service activities.Assist in training clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of ELV systems.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.Proven experience (X years) as a Service Engineer or similar role in ELV systems.Strong technical knowledge of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems components and operations.Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment used in servicing ELV systems.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours as needed.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package (healthcare, retirement, etc.).Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Application Process: Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your experience and qualifications as a Service Engineer in ELV systems to .
