Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission filling, labeling, and packaging machinery at client sites (domestic & international).
• Provide technical support and service to clients via phone, email, or site visits.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and machine audits.
• Train operators and maintenance personnel at customer sites.
• Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and quality departments for customer feedback and improvement suggestions.
• Ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards during service visits.
• Support in warranty and post-warranty service contracts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience: 1–5 years in a similar role in the packaging machinery or automation industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Good understanding of mechanical assembly and systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, drives, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach and adaptability.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel extensively (domestic & international).
• Valid passport and driving license (if required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
