Service Engineer

As a Service Department Technician in Surat with Rotational Shift terms, you will be required to have a Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. Field support experience is mandatory, and knowledge of computers and hardware is preferable. Your responsibilities will include utilizing various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customer concerns, communicating with clients, engineers, and technicians to ensure efficient service delivery, and following up promptly on service requests while providing feedback to customers. To excel in this role, you should hold an Associates degree in engineering or a related field, possess relevant certification or license which is advantageous, have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Additionally, you should have strong active listening and customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple service requests without being overwhelmed, maintain professionalism under pressure, and exhibit an excellent work ethic along with a growth mindset.,
