Position Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our technical support team. The role involves installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of a wide range of laboratory scientific instruments across customer sites. This is a customer-facing, hands-on technical role ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Carry out installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of laboratory instruments at client sites. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely, effective solutions. Ensure excellent customer support and communication before, during, and after service visits. Maintain proper service documentation, logs, and technical reports. Coordinate with internal departments for parts, warranty, and technical support. Travel regularly within your assigned region ( Pune / Navi Mumbai / Ahmedabad ) for onsite service support. Preferred Instrument Experience (Any of the Following): Laboratory Reactors , Laboratory Balances , Laboratory Centrifuges , Chillers & Circulators , Furnaces , Glove Boxes , Hot Plates & Magnetic Stirrers , Ice-Making Machines , Ovens , Refrigerators & Freezers , Rotavapors , Sonicators , Water Baths , Vacuum Pumps , Glassware Washers , Water Purification Systems Candidate Requirements Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 2–5 years of relevant field experience in servicing scientific/laboratory equipment. Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Proficient in reading schematics and using diagnostic tools. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset. Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work schedules. Why Join Us?
