Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure safe work practices at both customer sites and within the Service Department.
Perform field service, machine repair, commissioning, and customer training.
Repair returned machines in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver start-up support and operational training for new and refurbished machines.
Handle technical support calls, assist customers with machine functionality and troubleshooting.
Prepare service quotations for site visits, preventative maintenance, and training.
Support Sales/Marketing during customer visits when technical input is required.

Requirement

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in machine repair/service.
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Technology preferred; technical diploma with relevant experience also accepted.
Proficiency in reading
fluid power and electrical schematics.
Strong understanding of fluid power systems and electrical control circuits.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Computer literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
