Plan and coordinate material dispatch as per customer requirements. Collaborate with the stores department to verify material availability. Obtain quotes from the purchase department for unavailable materials. Ensure seamless communication between departments to optimize sales operations. Maintain records and track customer orders, quotations, and dispatch schedules. Support the sales team with backend administrative tasks.

Job Summary: The Purchase Backend Operations Executive plays a crucial role in managing supplier communication, obtaining competitive quotes, and ensuring timely procurement of materials. The role requires effective coordination with suppliers to negotiate the best price and delivery terms while ensuring smooth processing of purchase orders and regular reporting on pending Enquiries and orders. Key Responsibilities: Obtain quotations from suppliers for required materials. Communicate effectively with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and favorable delivery terms. Release purchase orders and ensure timely receipt of materials. Maintain and update reports on pending Enquiries and purchase orders. Coordinate with the sales and stores departments to ensure procurement aligns with company requirements. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any discrepancies related to orders. Keep accurate records of purchasing transactions and supplier communications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of procurement and supplier management processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/Purchase management tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Experience in purchase backend operations or a similar role preferred.
