Job Summary

We are seeking a field-oriented Service Engineer – Customer Complaints to handle servicing and complaint resolution for railway coach components across Zonal Railways in North India. The role involves attending customer complaints, inspection, servicing, and rectification of UB-IC doors and seats, luggage racks, sunscreen systems, and LHB coach interiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and resolve customer complaints at Zonal Railway depots and maintenance locations
• Service and troubleshoot UB-IC doors and seat systems
• Handle servicing of luggage racks, sunscreen systems, and LHB coach interior fittings
• Identify root causes of failures and carry out corrective actions
• Coordinate with railway officials and internal teams for complaint closure
• Prepare service visit reports and complaint closure documentation
• Follow safety, quality, and railway compliance standards
• Support installation, inspection, and commissioning activities when required

Required Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in field service or customer complaint handling
• Mandatory experience in UB-IC door and seat servicing
• Experience in LHB coach systems or railway field service is preferred

Educational Qualification

• ITI (Electrical / Mechanical)
• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
