About this role

This role involves supporting mechanical installation, interior furnishing, and technical activities for railway coach projects. The technician will assist with drilling, tapping, grinding, fitting support, and installation of interior panels and mechanical components.

Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Technician with hands-on experience in mechanical/technical operations. The candidate will support installation works, interior panel fixing, equipment handling, and ensure work is executed smoothly with safety and quality standards.

key Responsibilities

• Assist in mechanical installation and interior furnishing works
• Perform drilling, tapping, grinding, and basic technical operations
• Support fitting, alignment, and installation of interior panels
• Handle tools, instruments, and equipment responsibly
• Read and follow basic engineering instructions
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and disciplined work habits
• Coordinate with supervisors and meet daily work targets

Required Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in mechanical/technical installation or interior furnishing
• Experience in railway interior projects is an added advantage

Education qualification

• ITI (Fitter / Mechanical)
• Diploma in Mechanical or related field
• 10th Pass with relevant experience may also apply
