CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Maintenance to manage and maintain a wide range of industrial machinery used in railway component manufacturing. The candidate will handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of spot welding machines, laser welding machines, TIG/MIG welding machines, bending and shearing machines, and EOT cranes.
Prior railway industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance for:
• Spot Welding Machines
• Laser Welding Machines
• TIG & MIG Welding Machines
• Bending & Shearing Machines
• EOT Cranes
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical & hydraulic machine issues
• Ensure machinery uptime and reduce production downtime
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and spare parts
• Implement machine safety practices and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth workflow
• Assist with installation, calibration, and testing of new machinery
• Monitor equipment performance and carry out continuous improvements

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in machinery maintenance
• Strong exposure to welding machines & heavy industrial equipment
• Railway field experience is strongly preferred

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics)
• Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) with relevant experience

Key Skills

• Maintenance of welding machines (Spot, MIG, TIG, Laser)
• EOT Crane maintenance
• Troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
• Maintenance planning & documentation
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Railway machinery exposure
