Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of crimping presses to ensure optimal performance.

Perform validation tests on crimping presses to verify compliance with industry standards.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on crimping presses.

Maintain accurate records of service activities, including inspections, repairs, and validations.

Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements.

Provide technical support and training to operators on the proper use of crimping presses.

Manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance and repairs.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and validation results.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications: Degree/Diploma Holders in Mechanical/Electronics with knowledge of Crimping Presses used in Cable and Wire Harness Industry.
