Service Engineer

Job Description:
Areve Electronics is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer with a Diploma in Electronics Engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our security surveillance and office automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras, surveillance systems, EPABX systems, GPS tracking devices, alarm systems, attendance record systems, and other electronic equipment at client sites.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed systems to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs or replacements of faulty components to restore equipment functionality and minimize downtime.
• Provide on-site training and support to clients on the use and operation of installed systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations for system solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, installation logs, and inventory management.
