Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Engineer based in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing technical systems and equipment at client sites as well as remotely. They will provide field service, conduct troubleshooting procedures, and deliver exemplary technical support to ensure client satisfaction. While primary responsibilities are client-site based, portions of the work can be completed from home as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct Troubleshooting and execute effective Maintenance & Repair processes
• Experience in providing Field Service and on-site technical solutions
• Strong Technical Support skills to assist clients remotely or in person
• Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and efficient issue resolution
• Relevant technical certifications, familiarity with machine vision systems, or experience within industrial sectors is a plus
• Flexibility to travel for client visits and an adaptable approach to hybrid work setups
