🔹 JL-2B – Freshers (Technical Background) – Pune

🔹 JL-2A – 1+ Years Exp – Pune & Bangalore

🔹 JL-3A – 3+ Years Exp – Pune

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication

• Analytical thinking & problem-solving

Service Desk / L1 Tech Support

AD, O365, Azure, Networking

Troubleshooting

• Experience using ticketing tools and following ITIL practices

• Ability to manage incidents via phone, email, web, or chat

• 100% Work From Office – No hybrid

Experience Range & CTC:

• JL-2B: Freshers – 2.5 to 2.75 LPA (Tech background only) – Pune
• JL-2A: 1+ years – Up to 4 LPA – Pune & Bangalore
• JL-3A: 3+ years – Up to 5 LPA – Pune
• 💡 Final package will be based on experience, last CTC, and performance in the evaluation process.
