Service Desk (NOC) - Team lead

Role Overview: As an L1/ L2 Monitoring and Incident Management specialist, your main responsibility will be to monitor alerts, initiate Bridge Calls, involve stakeholders, and prepare Problem statements on a day-to-day basis. You should have excellent communication skills, team management skills, and the ability to manage shifts independently. You will be expected to adhere to SLAs, follow up on issues with application teams, and work with Service Now/JIRA Ticketing tools for ticket creations. Additionally, you should have experience working with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Opsgenie, and Splunk, and possess basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Networks. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor alerts and initiate Bridge Calls - Involve stakeholders and prepare Problem statements - Adhere to SLAs - Follow up on issues with application teams - Create tickets using Service Now/JIRA Ticketing tools - Work with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Opsgenie, and Splunk - Demonstrate basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Networks - Manage shifts independently Qualifications Required: - Excellent/good communication skills - Strong team management skills - Ability to work 24x7 rotational shifts - Working knowledge of Service Now/JIRA Ticketing tools - Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Opsgenie, and Splunk - Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Networks Additional Company Details: There are 24x7 rotational shifts with week offs for this position.,
