Job Description

1) Excellent written and verbal communication in English
2) Technical Knowledge preferred3) Excellent Team Management Skills4) Good logical thinking5) Proven capability to manage/influence internal and external stake holders6) Able to manage team members across locations and across shifts7) Potential to act as a backup for other domain leads8) Accountable for all customer experience in the Service Desk domain9) Excellent understanding of ITIL processes10) Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint, is a must11) Manage the service desk support domain12) Responsible for the activities in Service desk domain13) ITIL4 Certified within 6 months from the time resource is on boarded into to the project14) Good Understanding of Service Now as a tool15) 4+ Years

16) Skills Validation will be enabled at all skill levels for New Hires and assessment score will be shared with CUSTOMER Nominated SPOC on quarterly basis up to 2 Quarters

Tools and Technologies :

Servicenow, Microsoft O365 - Office products ( Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint etc), Basic desktop application knowledge, basic Avaya, AWS cloud connect knowledge, Good Communication Skills

Pay: ₹613,086.76 - ₹800,000.00 per year
