Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for IT-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other teams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using ServiceNow software.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-4 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support or servicing desktop applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Outlook configuration, and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow or similar helpdesk management tools.
