You will serve as the initial point of contact for customers who require technical assistance, whether it be over the phone, email, or chat. Your responsibilities will include performing remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and tools, as well as asking relevant questions to identify the root cause of the issue. Based on the information provided by customers, you will determine the most effective solution. This role will require you to be open to working in rotational shifts within a 24/7 support environment. Therefore, flexibility in working hours is essential. Additionally, possessing strong communication skills, both written and verbal, is crucial. You should be able to interact with users at all levels within the organization and exhibit a customer service-oriented approach. The ideal candidate for this position should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The job location for this position is in Coimbatore.
