Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Service Delivery Specialist in the hospitality sector. The Service Delivery Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing service delivery operations, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer interactions, addressing service concerns, monitoring service performance, and collaborating with team members to optimize service experiences. The role also requires analyzing performance data and developing strategies to enhance delivery outcomes.

• Proficiency in Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and improve delivery outcomes
• Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction by addressing client needs effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and handle customer interactions
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
