Implement robust controls and compliance measures to mitigate risks and ensure accuracy. Leverage advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning to drive efficiency and reduce costs. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of P2P processes.Cost Optimization Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for significant cost savings and optimization. Implement cost-saving initiatives, such as supplier consolidation, contract renegotiation, and volume discounts.
