Job Description

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to clients, ensuring compliance with SLAs and client expectations.
Key responsibilities include managing service teams, resolving customer issues, and continuously improving service delivery processes.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with a customer-centric approach to service and Cash management as well as cross sales and direct sales.
