Job Description

As a Service Delivery Manager for B&L, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of services within the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives. The role will primarily focus on managing operations in Asset Management and Consumer Lending, with a specific emphasis on utilizing MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. This position offers a hybrid work model with day shifts to provide a balanced work-life environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage service delivery processes to meet business requirements and exceed customer expectations. - Coordinate with various teams to streamline operations and enhance service efficiency. - Utilize MS Excel for data analysis and report generation to support decision-making processes. - Implement strategies to improve service delivery and optimize resource allocation. - Monitor service performance metrics and identify areas for enhancement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor services according to their needs. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in service delivery. - Develop and maintain documentation of service delivery processes and procedures. - Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate communication between departments for seamless service delivery. - Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the service delivery process. - Innovate and propose solutions to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery strategies and make necessary adjustments. Qualifications: - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in AML Transaction Monitoring. - Flexibility to work night shifts with a 5-day RTO. - Willingness to work in either Hyderabad or Pune location. - Experience in handling MIS reports, Quality Analysis in AML TM, managing a minimum of 30-member team, and client management is mandatory. - Knowledge of Prepaid cards experience & ACAMS certification would be preferable. - Proficiency in MS Word is mandatory as a majority of the work will involve MS Office applications for tasks related to MI, Quality, etc.,
