Job Title: Service Delivery Manager (ASDM / SDM)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the service delivery operations at the Hansi Branch

- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to customers

- Manage and supervise a team of employees

- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics

- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

- Provide regular reports and updates to the reporting manager

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- Proven experience in service delivery management

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of banking operations and regulations is preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
