Job Description

As the Strategic Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for owning strategic customer relationships with high-value accounts, ensuring continuous engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading high-impact QBRs/MBRs with executive stakeholders to showcase delivered value and cost optimization impact. - Leading renewal conversations and contract discussions, collaborating cross-functionally on pricing models, discount structures, or account transitions. - Collaborating with AWS account teams for escalations, commercial adjustments, and joint go-to-market opportunities. - Mentoring Leads and Associate Leads to help them grow into strategic roles and uphold customer engagement quality. - Acting as a process anchor by contributing to the creation of various templates, frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks. - Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure customer voices are appropriately highlighted. - Leading discussions on custom reporting requirements for strategic accounts, including multi-account views and business-specific formats. Qualifications required for this role: - 12+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or cloud consulting, with a preference for experience in a cloud consulting, AWS partner, or MSP. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work seamlessly across functions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. - Capacity to analyze customer needs, develop strategies, and drive outcomes.
