Your Role

Total Experience: 14-16 Years Only

Location: Mumbai and Bangalore only.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage multiple ADM projects (Custom Build Applications – C&CA) ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
Oversee resource utilization, team allocation, hiring, and attrition management.
Drive ITIL-based service delivery processes and global delivery coordination.
Mentor junior team members, build CoE knowledge, and foster innovation and delivery acceleration.
Optimize and automate demand and delivery processes for cost-effective operations.

Your Profile

EM Level 1 certification and ITIL knowledge/certification (mandatory).
10–15+ years in Applications Delivery & Maintenance with multi-project handling experience.
Strong expertise in SLA/KPI management, financials, and stakeholder engagement.
OSS Telecom domain experience and ability to manage global/regional stakeholders.
PMP or Prince2 certification (preferred) with proven leadership and team management skills.
