Role Overview: As a Service Delivery Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service delivery of all technology solutions and products to clients. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing service delivery, ensuring contract compliance, monitoring project performance, resolving technical and operational issues, and effectively allocating and retaining resources. Additionally, you will drive process excellence, contribute to revenue growth, develop client relationships, and lead delivery transformation initiatives.
