Service Delivery Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 members and managing Service Centres/ Call load. Your main tasks will include regularly reviewing open complaints, ensuring response time and closure as per SLAs, achieving revenue generation targets, and maintaining customer i-base hygiene. Additionally, you will be required to drive customer engagement, maintain high CSI, and build strong relationships with customers by addressing concerns proactively.
