About the Role

Service Delivery Associate (SDA)

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the
primary point of contact
for assigned clients on project-related matters
Track, monitor, and report on
project delivery timelines and bottlenecks
Coordinate task assignments, track developer/designer workloads, and maintain delivery schedules
Document and maintain
client communication logs
, meeting notes, and delivery trackers
Ensure
clear scope alignment
and
expectation management
with both clients and internal teams
Use tools like
Zoho Projects, Google Workspace
to manage delivery pipelines
Support quality assurance by
reviewing deliverables
before client handoff

What Were Looking For

Minimum
3 years of experience
in customer support, project coordination, or delivery roles
Strong
spoken and written English
communication
Proficiency with
task management tools
(Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar)
Problem-solving mindset
, not just task tracking
Someone looking for
