Job description

• handling incoming customer complaint.
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs, provide updates, and resolve issues.
• Plan and organize service activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery..
• Allocate resources, such as technicians or equipment, to service appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of service appointments, customer interactions, and service activities.
