Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our Service Department. The role involves handling service requests, coordinating with the technical team, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication and support within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive service requests and accurately log them into the system.
• Maintain proper documentation and prepare reports related to service activities.
• Track warranties, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and pending service requests.
• Provide team support and ensure effective coordination within the service department.
• Assist technicians and provide technical support (added advantage).
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal teams for closure of service requests.
• Maintain service records for audits and departmental reviews.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in service coordination / customer support / after-sales support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and service management software.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Added Advantage:

• Experience in coordinating with field technicians.
• Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
