Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator at our company in Jabalpur, your role will involve coordinating service operations, managing engineer deputations, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining smooth service workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate engineer deputation by deciding which engineer to assign for specific sites. - Collect, maintain, and analyze engineer service reports. - Manage PFR to verify machine warranty status and prepare data accordingly. - Track and manage service-related expenses. - Prepare and maintain service records and reports in MS Excel. - Communicate effectively with engineers, customers, and management via professional email drafting. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience as a Service Coordinator in the Automobile, Construction Equipment, Mining, Truck, or Tractor Industry. - Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including V-Look Up and Data Management. - Good communication skills in English (both written & verbal). - Ability to handle multiple service assignments and coordinate effectively. - Only male candidates can apply for this position.
