About the job: We are looking for a service coordinator (female candidate) for our company, Apple Energy Pvt Ltd, located in CBD Belapur Experience: Minimum 6 months | Qualification: Graduate | Salary: Depending on experience Job responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to incoming customer service requests via call/mail, and update them into the company's CRM system. 2. Schedule and coordinate service technicians' visits 3. Handling the customers' queries, complaints. Investigate and generate the ticket in CRM and update the status regularly. 4. Coordinate between customers, field technicians, and internal departments like logistics, accounts, and sales to ensure prompt resolution. 5. Track spare parts availability, raise requisitions, and expedite deliveries when needed. 6. Provide regular updates to customers on service status and expected timelines.
